Rental Information

Our facilities are available to rent from Labor Day to Memorial Day for conferences, retreats, seminars, and other special events. Each summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day our camp is dedicated to serving inner city youth and senior citizens of the Chicagoland Area. Our goal is to enrich their lives physically, personally and spiritually through healthy outdoor activities in a safe and caring environment in which children and adults can learn and grow. During these months we are closed to outside rentals. The following is general information about our facilities and rental program.

For your comfort all lodging has heat and air conditioning.

All meals are prepared by the Staff of Wonderland Camp & Conference Center. No other cooking facilities are available.

Possession and/or use of alcohol are strictly prohibited.

Lodging	700 + beds Hotel, Deluxe and Cabin Style All Heated & Air Conditioned
Dining	Primary food service is cafeteria style Buffet, family style or sit down dining is available Seating for up to 500 at one seating
Meeting Rooms	24 room available Capacity from 10 to 700 All standard A/V equipment available
Recreation	The following are available at no charge: Soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, horseshoes, tennis. Ping pong, Air Hockey, Foosball, Table Games. Hiking, nature walk, fishing - (Wisconsin fishing license requirement for 16 years olds & older applies) The following are available at a per person rate, depending upon staff availablity: Boating, Pontoon Boat Rides, Archery, Ropes/Team Challenge Course, Rockwall, Cross Country Skiing and Tubing

Types of groups	Churches, Youth Groups, Public and Private Schools, Outdoor Education Groups, YMCA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Arts and Crafts Groups, Quilting Groups, Business Conferences and Seminars
Sizes of groups	up to 700 Groups of 500 or larger may qualify for exclusive use of the facilities, depending upon availability.
Requirements:	Prior to arrival: All events are subject to availability Signed Contract 15% non-refundable deposit Certificate of Liability Insurance Signed "Hold Harmless Indemnification Agreement" if no Liability Insurance is Provided Tax Exempt Letter w/ tax I.D. # Program/Schedule of Events Roster of all attendees. This is required by the State of Wisconsin and is kept confidential. We accept checks, money orders, and Visa/Mastercard. Due upon arrival: Remaining Contract Balance Due Any charges accrued during your visit will be billed to your group following your retreat.
